Faith Covenant Home & Personal Care Services is a licensed, insured, Black- and female-owned home care provider in Grand Rapids, serving individuals of all ages across Kent County with compassionate, person-centered support.
How We Began
Our agency grew out of years in healthcare and human services, where we witnessed families struggle to find respectful, dependable care that truly honored each person's dignity, culture, and desire for independence.
A Continuum Of Care
We provide in-home personal care, companion support, and respite, and we also own specialized Adult Foster Care homes, creating a continuum that adapts as needs change while preserving relationships, routines, and trusted communication.
